It's important to keep in mind that if you have chosen the pick-up option, there might be occasional delays if the product is not currently available at the designated store.

5. EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

5.1 If you decide to return a purchase, please send back the goods to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon return, you will be issued a credit note that can be used exclusively in-store or online.

5.2 To initiate a return, you can download the return form HERE. Online orders can be returned to our dispatch centre or any of our physical stores.

All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The items must be in their original, unworn, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • They should have all original tags attached and/or be in their original undamaged packaging.
  • The original packaging must be returned without any marks, labels, damages, or tape.
  • You must include the return form with the returned item.

5.3 Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item, its box, or packaging is marked, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.

Please be aware that final sale items are not eligible for return, unless deemed faulty by our team.

5.4 The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3 Days.   • Customers cannot have their products shipped to a P.O box.
6.4 Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

  2. Standard Shipping: The order will arrive within 2-10 business days after the order has been dispatched. Standard Shipping is $9.99

  • Domestic and International: All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
  • International orders are sent with Australia Post. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

6.6 International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department.
