Return Policy Update

If you wish to initiate a return for a purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account using the following link: Customer Account Login.

  2. Apply for a return through your account. Once your return request is approved, further details will be provided to you.

If your return is approved you will be provided with a credit note to use online or in store with no expiration date. 

Alternatively, you can visit any of our physical stores to return your items at no cost. Our store locations can be found on our website.

Return Criteria:

All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The items must be in their original, unworn, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • They should have all original tags attached and/or be in their original undamaged packaging.

    Return Process:

    • You must wait until your refund request is approved before sending out your items; a shipping label will be created for you.

    Return Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are generally to be covered by the customer. However, please note that returns for sale items or items that have been worn or damaged by the customer will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is in this condition.

    Exclusions:

    Please be aware that sale items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty by our team, this includes all items in the sale section of our website only. 

    Refunds:

    • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
